Notes for folks new to playing at JSC

We have access to the varsity gym on Mondays from 9am to 11am.
You can sign up and confirm the schedule on the Lamoille Valley Playerlineup website.

Admission to the Shape Facility [not including the pool] can be purchased for $10/day. Those over 60 years old, or alumni can purchase a 10 visit pass for $50. Other options are also available. I can’t post the link, but if you email me I can send it to you. [You may also be able to pay cash at the desk, but that is not mentioned on the website.]

We have to set up nets, measure and mark the courts. Then we need to take it all apart and put things away. Please, everyone is asked to participate in these tasks, and when able, folks try to arrive a bit early.

If a bunch of new to Johnson folks show up and have not yet set up, you will need the following information.

There are two nets and line markers for two courts. They are in the storage closet behind the check in desk. The room has many toys! Look to your right towards the back on the waist high shelf. The nets are in black bags, the markers will be in a bag or box right next to them.

There should also be some indoor pickleballs with the markers, but you may want to bring a few just in case.

Until we get into a routine, please bring a measuring tape if you have one.
When you are done for the day, please return everything to where you found it.
